Acceder al museo fácil y sencillo. Intentar modificar la hora en la web una vez comprada la entrada aún teniendo esa opción e informandote de ello...Imposible.! Te ponen un aviso de que debes informar al museo para ello y no te facilitan el como, ni el dónde. Algo sin sentido, puesto que la opción la da en la propia app. Solo por eso a partir de ahora compraré este tipo de entradas en otra plataforma puesto que en ellas no hay esos problemas. hay variedad de opciones hoy día.Deberían revisarlo.

All'ingresso del museo la carta di prenotazione non veniva letta dal lettore elettronico. I biglietti che ci sono stati forniti ad integrazione della carta presentata non valevano per tutte le collezioni (per una incomprensione del personale alla biglietteria). Alla fine ci hanno fatti entrare mettendo un timbro sulla nostra carta stampa a casa (che indicava il pagamento già effettuato).

No tuvimos problema para realizar la reserva ni para pagarla. El único problema lo tuvimos al ir al Museo. Nos pareció que no tiene ningún sentido el hacer la reserva online si de todas formas tenemos que esperar la cola para recoger las entradas. La ventaja de la compra online es precisamente el no tener que esperar la cola. Este sistema nos obliga a esperar en cola. No sé si volveremos a hacer uso de él.

Bien gracias.Me imagino que es como funciona pero al llamar al telefono indicado el museo no tenia constancia de la reserva-compra...al paracer solo visulaizan las entradas que ellos tramitan directamente..no las realizadas via otras plataformas como civitatis.......solo por ello no doy 5 en la valoracion......a parte de eso todo genial y sin problema. Gracias

Estoy muy satisfecha con el servicio recibido! Sólo una opinión que quizás les sirva... Yo había sacado la entrada para el lunes y ese día el museo elegido tenía entrada libre a la sala permanente. Por ahí estaría bueno que tuvieran en cuenta esto para que otros turistas no pasen por lo mismo. Yo tuve la oportunidad de ir al día siguiente (y me solucionaron el problema rápidamente) pero si otra persona decide ir su ultimo día de estadía no es muy bueno que le suceda esto. Gracias!
