L’escursione di se per se (panorama a parte che è veramente eccezionale) è ben poca cosa: quindi sta solo nelle capacità della guida renderla interessante ed appassionante. Mima fue la guia, impecable en su descripción y el aporte de información histórica, archeológica. Puntualidad en la salida, puntualidad en la llega. El chofer super amable. Recomiendo este tour si van a Matera, por favor no se lo pierdan y más aún a través de estos operadores. La vista y la historia son altamente imperdibles. Ofrecían el recorrido en español, pero nos pusieron una guía italiana, con una traductora. Eso hizo que la experiencia fuera poco dinámica. La traductora no estaba muy en tema y desconocía el recorrido, todo parecía improvisado. No lo aprovechamos mucho, ya que la guía parecía estar muy instruida, pero con las traducciones se perdía tiempo y parte de las explicaciones. No es un buen sistema, no lo recomiendo. Mas allá de eso, el recorrido es imperdible

They offered the tour in Spanish, but they gave us an Italian guide, with a translator. That made the experience not very dynamic. The translator was not very familiar with the topic and did not know the route, everything seemed improvised. We didn't take advantage of it much, since the guide seemed to be very knowledgeable, but with the translations time and some of the explanations were lost. It is not a good system, I do not recommend it. Beyond that, the tour is unmissable.

The guide spent too much time talking about her interests -plants - when the tour was meant to be the rock churches. It was only in the very last part of the tour that she even offered an optional second church - the best bit as it turned out - but said we could just stay and watch the sunset instead if we wanted. It was also too long for what we saw.

Pessima esperienza: avvisata via WhatsApp che la partenza è stata anticipata di mezz'ora cambio i miei programmi apposta ma poi mi trovo ad aspettare 40 minuti davanti all'agenzia prima che finalmente si parta, senza una spiegazione né una parola di scuse. Io (che ho prenotato da due mesi) e una piccola parte di altri partecipanti siamo fatti salire su un pulmino da cui dopo un po' di strada dobbiamo spostarci in quello principale per accedere al parco, con solo posti in piedi (segue nella foto)

Bad experience: warned via WhatsApp that the departure was anticipated by half an hour, I change my plans on purpose but then I find myself waiting 40 minutes in front of the agency before finally leaving, without an explanation or a word of apology. I (who I have booked for two months) and a small part of other participants are made to get on a minibus from which after a while we have to move to the main one to access the park, with standing room only (continued in the photo)
