Our driver communicated with us to whatsapp during the waiting for passport control, and gave us a lot of information during the transfer. Excellent driver.

The operator reached out a day before my trip that was great but the trip itself it was horrible, they take the longer rout to Medellin even though they are a super expensive service compared to others, I think they sent somebody that is not qualified for the job as they got lost trying to figure out the address provided, I didn’t have data but honestly it was a no brainer google maps could have taken us there in no time... I wouldn’t recommend this service to anybody
