At the indicated time, we'll pick you up from your hotel in Mendoza to leave the city centre behind and head into the mountainous landscapes. Ready to enjoy a day of disconnection?
When we arrive at the Las Hermosas ranch, we'll be welcomed with mate and a selection of bread. This first moment will be the perfect opportunity to get to know the purest tradition of Mendoza and meet the gauchos who will accompany us during the day. While they adjust the saddles on the horses, we'll receive an instructive talk to familiarize ourselves with the horses and the route we'll be taking.
We'll start the ride crossing mountains and reddish earth ravines. After two hours of horseback riding around the ranch, we'll reach a cabin in the upper part of the ranch. There, a plate of Argentinean cold meats and a glass of wine or a soft drink will be waiting for us—the ideal moment to relax!
Then, we'll readjust the saddles on the horses and start our way back to the ranch. As soon as we arrive, we'll enjoy a gastronomic experience by preparing an Argentinean barbecue. We'll learn the most authentic techniques of preparing the embers, the cuts of meat and the secret of the seasoning.
We'll sit down to share a feast of juicy meats, salads with seasonal products and typical desserts that will sweeten the end of the day.
Feeling refuelled, we'll return to Mendoza, where we'll arrive after a total of 8 hours of excursion.
