Overall, a very positive experience. Our driver, Moha, was extremely kind: always available, patient, polite, and helpful. The desert camp was nice, well-equipped, and served a delicious dinner. The camel ride was also well-organized. The only negative was the camp manager, who didn't appreciate our decision to return by camel instead of paying the extra fee for the jeep. Initially, he insisted we leave before dawn.
An incredible experience, beautiful landscapes. Mohammed, the man who accompanied us, was a great driver and spoke several languages equally well: Italian, English, and Spanish. The hours in the minibus are long, but the landscapes we pass through are well worth it. A night in the desert requires warm clothing because the tents aren't heated, as is the dawn dune crossing on camels.
