Per trip description, we will be going to La Gruta, after that, the center of San Miguel de Allende, the Church of St. Michael the Archangel, Casa del Mayorazgo de la canal, Temple of San Francisco and Handicraft market BUT we only visited La Gruta and then the bus took us to San Miguel de Allende. One lady made us walk close to the church and leave us there, giving us some time to visit the area by ourselves with NO English-speaking guide. None of the ladies speak English. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

El operador confirmó la noche antes y hasta ahí todo bien, llegué al punto de encuentro y nunca pasaron por mí, no contestaban el número de contacto y luego de esperar por más de dos horas informan que olvidaron pasar por el punto de encuentro que ellos mismos confirmaron, finalmente perdí la actividad y la unica solución fué el reembolso, realmente frustrantrante

The operator confirmed the night before and everything was fine. I arrived at the meeting point and they never came to pick me up. They didn't answer the contact number and after waiting for more than two hours they informed me that they forgot to come to the meeting point that they themselves had confirmed. In the end, I lost the activity and the only solution was a refund. Truly frustrating.

En cuanto a los lugares y la guía Monse un 100/10 todo fue muy muy bueno! Mi una inconformidad y queja es que en la actividad Civitatis como que hay que estar en el punto de recogida (hotel benidorm) a las 5:30, nosotros no estábamos hospedados en ese hotel y llegamos a las 5:20 y nos recogieron a las 6 am ( esto nos es culpa de los encargados del tour dado que en su organización si decía 6 am) tuvimos que estar esa media hora en esa calle sola y desolada a expensas de ser robados, Translate this opinion into English.

Tan sólo tener en cuenta que; no permiten acceso con comida a La Gruta y que se vuelve concurrida a medida que avanza la mañana. Es un destino muy familiar. Nos recogieron puntual, éramos 51 personas, el viaje para llegar a San Miguel es bien largo, al llegar nuestro guía nos dio un tour de una hora por iglesias y nos dejó en el Mercado de artesanías... tuvimos dos horas y media para conocer por nuestra cuenta San Miguel... y volvimos a Ciudad de México a las 9:30 pm... en mi opinión considero que el precio es mucho para el tour, MEJOR VAYAN POR SU CUENTA POR METRO, saldrá mucho más cómodo

Very good. At first I was shocked that all people on the bus were local. Even the guide who could barley speak a little bit of English. Then I found out the tour i booked combined with another local travel company that's why all the people were Mexican. Overall it was pleasant and I enjoyed it.

Aunque por motivos de la gran afluencia de visitantes por esta época de Día de muertos, el viaje es una belleza. Comenzamos tarde, pero cada minuto después valió la pena. Debido al tráfico en la mañana llegamos 10 minutos tarde a lo que amablemente los encargados del tour nos esperado. (Éramos 6 personas los que íbamos tarde) El guía fue muy amable, nos explicó todo a detalle. Creo que podrían sugerir restaurantes para comer en San Miguel. No tengo queja del tour, lamentablemente al regreso a CDMX hubo un accidente lo cual hizo que nos tardáramos casi 2 horas más en carretera pero bueno, es algo que está fuera del alcance de los organizadores del tour.

Gabriel was an excellent tour guide who kept things both informative and added in a little humor to help keep things light and positive. Now..thank you for the excellent ride to and from San Miguel de Allende. The only word of advice for improvement would be at pick-up to start by telling people loudly which bus is for which trip to avoid any confusion :)

Recientemente, me cambiaron el día para el tour de aguas termales, lo que no me molestó tanto. Sin embargo, hubo otros aspectos que no fueron de mi agrado. En primer lugar, el transporte proporcionado no estaba en las mejores condiciones; la buseta en la que viajamos no me pareció adecuada. El viaje, aunque rápido, solo era vistas panorámicas. La guía no nos explicó nada de san Miguel de Allende, solo nos dio algunas recomendaciones y nos dejó 4 horas libres. Tampoco nos avisó de horarios, llegamos al mercado de artesanía por recomendación de ella justo antes de volver al autobús y la mayoría de puestos estaban cerrados. Por otra parte el balneario no nos gustó porque estaba lleno de gente y parecía simplemente una piscina caliente. Puede ser que fuera porque era domingo.

The guide didn't explain anything about San Miguel de Allende to us, she just gave us some recommendations and left us 4 hours free. She didn't tell us the schedule either, we arrived at the craft market on her recommendation just before returning to the bus and most of the stalls were closed. On the other hand, we didn't like the spa because it was full of people and it looked like a hot pool. Maybe it was because it was Sunday.

Los destinos de San Miguel de Allende y Aguas termales estuvieron estupendos, San Miguel es hermoso, y hay muchas cosas que ver, y muchas opciones de comida y bebidas. Por otra parte, el guía, el chofer y el bus estuvieron muy mal. El Guía no explicó nada, el bus estuvo dañado, dando fallos desde el inicio y era super viejo e incómodo para un viaje tan largo. El chofer manejaba pésimo, un viaje de 4 horas, nos tomó más de cinco. Me sentí insegura durante todo el viaje. Horrible

The destinations of San Miguel de Allende and Hot Springs were great, San Miguel is beautiful, and there are many things to see, and many options for food and drinks. Los lugares visitados hermosos; sin embargo tanto el guía turístico designado como el chofer dejaron mucho que desear. Impuntualidad, informalidad, vehículo con fallas de transmisión e inadecuado para un trayecto tan largo. El guía no habló nada durante los recorridos, ni siquiera conocía el destino de Las Grutas. No sabían como regresar al hotel, tuvimos que ayudarlos. Recomiendo excluirlos de sus proveedores; muy bonitos destinos pero pésimo servicio de estos señores en calidad de guías.

The places we visited were beautiful, however, both the designated tour guide and the driver left a lot to be desired. Lateness, informality, vehicle with transmission problems and unsuitable for such a long journey. The guide did not say anything during the tours, he did not even know the destination of Las Grutas. They did not know how to get back to the hotel, we had to help them. I recommend excluding them from their suppliers; very nice destinations but terrible service from these gentlemen as guides.
