El bus nos recogió en tiempo y forma . Tenía baño así que no paro nunca. En un parada antes de llegar a la terminal de Orlando nos esperó un auto para ahorrar tiempo y llegar más rápido al parque. Eso estuvo excelente . Pudimos hacer de todo. La vuelta fue un poco más ya que te pasa a buscar el mismo auto por el parque luego a la terminal y de ahí a tu hotel . The bus picked us up on time and on schedule. It had a bathroom, so we never had to stop. At a stop before arriving at the Orlando terminal, a car was waiting for us, saving us time and getting to the park faster. That was great. We were able to do everything. Fue bueno conocer Disney, pero el servicio de transporte no es directo hacia allá. Va haciendo paradas en varios terminales y centros para recoger y dejar personas. El aire acondicionado es muy muy frío.. lleven algo para abrigarse dentro del bus. Por otra parte, no hay comunicación de quién entrega el servicio. Quiénes te recogen son subcontratados. Aún así fueron amables. Considerar que son 5 horas de viaje ida, 6horas en Disney y otras 5 horas de vuelta. Alcancé a subirme a 3 juegos

Civitatis es una plataforma web que distribuye traslados y actividades turísticas que, posteriormente, realizan distintas empresas. En los emails enviados se indica el nombre y la forma de contactar con la que corresponda. Por otro lado, el vehículo no es privado, y pasa por los hoteles de todos los participantes. Finalmente, la temperatura abordo viene prefijada, y ronda los 71º Fahrenheit. Sentimos si este o algún otro aspecto del servicio no estuvo a la altura de lo esperado.

Primero no es un tour como lo promocionan ya que subcontratan una empresa externa jet de buses de muy mal servicio, aire acondicionado que te congelas no hace paradas ni para ir al baño mucho menos comer y ojo no dejan consumir alimentos en el bus que te demoras 5 horas de Miami a Orlando por ende el transporte no es un tour y hace muchas paradas recomiendo y dejando gente que va antes de Orlando y otros los asientos incómodos pésimo servicio, ahora el servicio de José muy buena e informativa

El operador que lleva a Orlando Jet set, con más de media hora de retraso para recogernos y la vuelta nos dio mil vueltas. El autobús con el aire acondicionado a tope. El resto muy bien. JOSÉ muy amable nos recogió en la terminal de esta compañía y nos llevó hasta la entrada de monorail para el parque.

Un poco duro el viaje siendo que el autobus no es muy comodo pero 10 horas entre ir volver se nos hizo largo para hacerlo sin parar.el personal fue muy atento en todo momento. Te puedes conectar a la wifi del bus y funciona perfectamente ademas te aparecen peliculas para ver en el movil y mas cosas. Recomiendo lleven una chaqueta para el bus x si acaso haga frio o calor

Buen servicio. El bus un poco incómodo para el viaje tan largo. Llevar algo para abrigarse en el bus, porque el aire acondicionado lo ponen al máximo. Considerar que al parque (por lo menos Magic Kingdom) se llega casi al medio día y a las 6 pm hay que estar en el estacionamiento esperando el bus. En total (entre las paradas que hace) el viaje dura aproximadamente 5 horas de ida y 5 horas de vuelta (llegando a South Beach a las 12 de la noche)

El autobús o camión, es típicamente llamado en México un camión Pollero(Esta súper mal) y llega a una terminal. Si pueden busquen otra opción. Ya que este que se llama jet set realiza muchas paradas te haces 7 horas. Creí que seria como el oficial de disneyland parís que es un camión exclusivo de Disney, o, una minivan que llavava a una excursión. Muy mal. ya de la terminal te recogen en auto para llevarte al parque(esto fue lo rescatable). y viceversa es lo mismo a si que no recomiendo!

The bus or truck is typically called a Pollero bus in Mexico (this is really bad) and arrives at a terminal. If you can, look for another option. Since this one called jet set makes many stops, it takes you 7 hours. I thought it would be like the official Disneyland Paris bus, which is an exclusive Disney bus, or a minivan that takes you on an excursion. Very bad.
