Overall the activity went well, the guide was very friendly and recommended many places to visit in the city of Milan. The only drawback we saw was that we were a very large group, so we couldn't hear/understand the explanations very well... everything else was great. Opinion translated. Show original.

Translate this opinion into English.

Marcos is a spectacular guide! A lover of Milan, knowledgeable about history and the little unspoken details not found in books. The trip lasts almost 3 hours, but it doesn't feel like it, thanks to his willingness and charisma in sharing culture and information. Don't hesitate: Book it! Opinion translated. Show original.

Un imperdible si vas a Milán Translate this opinion into English.

We had the tour with Maurizio, an Italian history lover; the story line was fantastic and the way everything ended up connecting at the end was simply perfect. History, interesting facts of all kinds, reflections and everything told with grace. A must-see if you go to Milan. Opinion translated. Show original.

Translate this opinion into English.

The tour was very interesting and of an unusual duration (3 hours). Our guide Maurizio told us many interesting anecdotes and stories about the most touristic sites and other less known but very interesting ones. One small criticism that should help improve is that in my opinion, political and social impartiality should be maintained a little more, because there are people of many colors and you don't know who you have in front of you who might feel offended at some point.

Maurizio's guide was very good, although sometimes he was heard in a low tone due to the ambient noise and the people. Also, there was a tourist with us who was smoking the whole trip, which was uncomfortable for me because I have a respiratory disease. Opinion translated. Show original.

We did the activity and in principle everything went well. The guide's explanations were quite complete. However, we were with two children aged 7 and 8 and since the excursion was more than 2 hours, one of them could not hold it in at the end and asked to go to the bathroom. We told the guide and she told us that they were not expecting us and left. It's a shame because we missed the last part of the excursion, and I also didn't understand the attitude, because this way we couldn't even pay for it!!

Translate this opinion into English.

I found the Milan free tour to be very good overall. The guide Valeria explained most of the most important places and buildings in Milan quite well. (I missed the "visit" and explanation about the Sforza Castle. It was great that at the end she offered to clarify some doubts and questions that many of the participants asked her. Thank you for your work, Valeria. Opinion translated. Show original.

Translate this opinion into English.

Very good activity, the lady who gave the tour knows the subject and the information she gave us helps with understanding. However, there were too many people for just one guide in my opinion, so perhaps splitting the group into two would have been better. Opinion translated. Show original.

Translate this opinion into English.

The guide has a great knowledge of history, which is evident in the visit he makes, but for tourist visitors perhaps we would prefer to know curiosities, certain customs, characters, anecdotes... etc. and not go into so much depth about historical data and dates. Opinion translated. Show original.

The guide Maurizio was very friendly. He took us to areas that were not frequented by tourists. That was great. What we didn't like very much was that the explanations were very long, sometimes unrelated to what was being visited. So the visit was a bit long in each place.

I always take these tours when I travel to a city. They are very good. This one was quite uncomfortable because it was a rainy day with umbrellas and everything, we didn't understand the guide's explanations. In my opinion, there were too many people, and this also made communication with the guide difficult.

No complaints about Milagros, the tour guide, she did her best. The group was very large, and although she spoke with a microphone, she could not be heard very well. Many in the group were trying to get closer and there was noise from the street... We missed many comments. In cases like this, on other tours I have done, they have provided the participants with individual audios and there has been no audio problem.

I DID THE ACTIVITY WELL, BUT DUE TO MY PROFESSION AND KNOWLEDGE OF THE SUBJECT IT WAS VERY OVERWHELMED WITH AROUND 60 PEOPLE RAINING FOR A GUIDE WHO WAS IMPOSSIBLE TO ATTEND TO EVERYONE IN GENERAL, SHE WALKED VERY FAST, SHE STARTED EXPLAINING WITHOUT EVERYONE BEING THERE, SHE COULD NOT BE HEARD... I, AS A REGULAR USER OF ACTIVITIES IN CIVITATI, DID NOT SEEM TO ME EVERYTHING WAS PROPERLY THERE.

Valeria, a great person, she loves her job and does it very well [she is the best]. My complaint is about the size of the group: 52 people! I had never seen this before and we have done many routes. Is there no limit on the number of people? The goal is to accumulate people so we can make more money? Obviously that is the case. I repeat, Valeria is the best!

INMEJORABLE. Translate this opinion into English.

The activity was a 10 from start to finish. MILI WAS EXCEPTIONAL, it's wonderful to visit a city like Milan with such a well-trained guide. At all times she involved the attendees, from the youngest to the oldest, and made us feel very comfortable. She answered our questions excellently and didn't mind staying longer to give us specific recommendations for each group. You can see the passion she feels for her job, she didn't stop giving explanations from start to finish. UNBEATABLE. Opinion translated. Show original.

Translate this opinion into English.

Totalmente recomendable. Translate this opinion into English.

The activity was fun and not at all boring. She also gave us advice on where to eat, have ice cream and what things we should definitely visit. The reason for not giving it an Excellent rating is that according to the description on the website, there were a couple of places left unvisited. Totally recommended. Opinion translated. Our guide Maurizzio was great. He is a trained historian and specializes in Milanese churches (he even wrote a book). He told us lots of interesting facts that you wouldn't think to look up on Google. We had a very rainy day (it didn't stop raining all day) but we did the tour anyway and he always did it with great enthusiasm. 10 out of 10 Maurizzio (I hope it's spelled with two "z's", if not, then forgive us hahaha).
