At the designated time, we'll meet at Terceira Praia, the starting point for this exciting quad tour. Are you ready to discover some of the most beautiful beaches on the Brazilian coast?
There, we'll finalize the details and assign you the quad bikes and necessary equipment. Before setting off, we'll dedicate about 15 minutes to a brief practical training session to learn how to operate the vehicle. First time driving one? Don't worry, it's very easy!
Afterward, we'll begin our route in a caravan to the south of Ilha de Tinharé. For approximately 50 minutes, we'll travel along stretches of sand and areas close to the shoreline until we reach Quinta Praia, also known as Praia do Encontro. Here, we'll stop for half an hour to admire its fine sand, crystal-clear waters, and landscape that are almost entirely free of tourist development.
Next, we'll continue driving for 1.5 hours along trails surrounded by the vegetation of the Atlantic Forest. We'll pass through shaded areas, exposed roots, and sections of areião. These are stretches of compacted sand that make driving an off-road adventure.
Finally, we'll arrive in Garapuá, a small fishing village located at the southern tip of Morro de São Paulo. Upon arrival, you'll have 2 hours of free time to swim at the beach, relax among the coconut palms, or have lunch on your own at one of the local restaurants.
Afterward, we'll begin our return journey by quad along an inland route, enjoying the denser vegetation for about 2 hours. Back at Segunda Praia, we'll return the equipment, concluding this quad tour of Morro de São Paulo after 7 hours of adventure.
Activity Requirements
- The minimum age to drive the quads is 18 years old, and a valid driver’s license is required.
- Each quad can carry a maximum of 2 people, and the minimum age for passengers is 8 years old.
