Nuestro guía Sagaar fue excelente, al igual que sus explicaciones. Sin embargo, no sabíamos que debíamos trasladarnos caminando hacia el lugar donde parte la excursión. Nuestro hotel quedaba a 15 minutos a pie y el operador asumió que no necesitábamos transporte sin consultarnos. Nosotros habíamos decidido tomar la excursión por esta vía para tener mayor control de los tiempos porque teníamos vuelo a nuestro país ese día y no queríamos correr riesgos por hacerla por nuestra cuenta.

A la hora de encuentro no habia nadie, el proveedor no contestaba ni wassaps ni llamadas. A las 2,30h inicio tour con el coordinador en ingles que tenia que ser en español ,nos llevo a las cuevas y alli 1h mas de espera sin guia para visita, total hemos estado en las cuevas y las hemos visto pero no nos hemos enterado de su hiatoria ya que era en ingles despues de pagar un extra importante para que fuera en español ha sido como si no hubieramos estado .

La excursion fue contradada en español y el guia solo hablaba ingles. Nos recogieron del hotel a las 9,15h en vez de a las 8,30h . Decia que la excursion duraba 4 h desde la salida del hotel hasta la vuelta y dura unas 6 horas. Ademas solo incluye el traslado del hotel hasta el barco y recogida. Cuando bajamos del barco llamamos para que nos recogieran y no nos cogian el telefono. Luego dijeron que nos iban a mandar otro chofer y nunca aparecio. Tuvimos contratar un uber.solicito devolucón 50%

Compré un tour a las cuevas elefanta en español, pues el tour fue en Inglés hemos botado nuestro dinero ya que no hemos entendido nada. Espero que mañana no sea igual tenemos la reserva para las cuevas de Kanheri según e documento es la misma empresa.

Tras más de media hora de espera en el hall del hotel sin que se presentase nadie y después de llamar dos veces al proveedor local sin respuesta, dimos por perdida la actividad. Tuvimos que irnos con otra empresa (pagando de nuevo, claro) para poder hacer la visita.. El caso ya se ha reportado a Civitatis y esperamos un pronto reembolso. No contraten esta actividad y, Civitatis: deberían dejar de trabajar con este proveedor.

El lugar nos gusto pero la guia nada de nada. No sabia nada de lugar. Solo hablaba español pero sin conocimientos. Teoricamente debia de haber un guia en lad cuevas y ella nos traduciria pero no hubo nadie. Desastre.
