For transfers beginning at the airport, you should indicate the time at which your flight is due to arrive. The same goes for cruise ports and train stations: you should indicate the planned arrival time.
For transfers from your hotel, you should indicate when you would like to be picked up. That doesn't mean the flight time, rather the time you would like to be collected.
For shared transfers, orders may be modified by the provider. Should this be the case, we will contact you to confirm the rearranged time.

We are disapointed with provided service. We had no signs on arrival, we tried to call provaider few times. No response! After half on hour we contact the company. We waited for anyher 30 mins.to get a real contact at the terminal. We cognize that worker in airort arrival shoved wrong sign:( (we have a foto) Our main wish where to optimaize time of traveling to apartaments, but we get a serious disapontment and waiting outsaid a airport with our 8 kids in the midle of the night:)
The car came to pick you up at the agreed time. However, the driver was not able to park and pick you up in the arrivals hall. After receiving your call, he came to pick you up at the agreed place. This was about 55 minutes after the arrival of your flight, which is not far from the norm. However, we apologize for any inconvenience.
