Tour guide was great but too many stops of scenic views of Manhattan- would’ve enjoyed more stops at actual places. Also tour driver stopped to inquire about car parts and had to get gas on way back.

The tour is by an air conditioned van. Our guide John was so knowledgeable and our driver Koba expertly maneuvered his way around the traffic obstacle course that is new york city. We got a history lesson as well as being able to visit parts of NYC off the typical tourist path. Only thing, be aware your drop off point may be different than what your voucher says. Case in point, we were supposed to be dropped off in Chinatown but instead got dropped off at Grand Central Terminal. We weren't mad.

John was a brilliant guide this was my second time on the tour this time I came with my husband he right enjoyed it it was a good start to our hoilday

We reserved based on the description which spots we will visit. Unfortunately the tour deviated from its description. E.g. we did not see Citi Field of the NY Mets,the field of the US Open and the impressive mansions. We saw areas of Astoria an the Brooklyn Bridge. Last one is not part of the described tour. Additional we were set to a café, where apparently all tours make a stop to buy coffee and snacks. This looks like a sales tour. I am disappointed and sad

There are days that due to traffic or events in certain stadiums we can not access, but it is about doing other attractions in the area to complete the promised tour time, the idea is always to provide the best. The stop to taste a coffee is for passengers who want to go to the bathroom or look around the beautiful neighborhood of Williamsburg, nobody has the obligation to buy a coffee, is to have the possibility of using the bathroom at the last stop of the tour and not have that problem when they descend from transport in Manhattan where sometimes it is difficult to access toilets.
