It's a WONDERFUL experience! The helicopter is beautiful, spacious, and comfortable. The pilot is very friendly and professional. The experience is beautiful; everything looks spectacular. It takes your breath away. You can see the falls several times from various vantage points, as well as other beautiful sites. Everything went very well. The people at Niagara Helicopters Limited were very cordial and polite. The photos will never be as beautiful as what you see from the helicopter.
I found the punctuality incredible and how they give you an audio guide with your language so you can hear everything you need.
The activity was impressive, what we didn't like was that the photo at the beginning was of all the families together, both because we were in it and other people bought the photo with us in it, and because we didn't buy it because we didn't feel comfortable with the photo.
