We had a fantastic time! Álvaro showed us everything from how olive oil is produced at the mill in Herriza de La Lobilla to the estate where the olive trees are grown. We were able to taste several oils, he taught us how to detect their nuances, and he even showed us the local flora and fauna, explaining how they influence the final product. We thoroughly enjoyed the experience and are truly grateful for his hospitality. We left with wonderful memories, a small gift, and a daisy.
