    We were welcomed by the owners themselves, Emilio and Mónica (the winemaker). We began by going out into the vineyards to see the planted plots while Emilio explained the types of vines they cultivate and the harvesting process. Afterward, we observed the winemaking process in detail, and Emilio answered all our questions. Finally, we tasted several of their wines, which were exquisite, elegant, and captivating, accompanied by an excellent conversation about the world of wine.
