Snow Dog Kennel & Reindeer Farm Tour

We'll pick you up from your hotel in Petropavlovsk-Kamchatka at the time you book and set off on a bus journey to a native village in the region.

After half an hour's drive we'll arrive at a kennel for Beringia dogs, a breed similar to huskies. We'll get to meet these beautiful snow dogs and see how they're cared for at the kennel. Afterwards, we'll visit a reindeer farm, another essential animal in the daily lives of the inhabitants of Kamchatka.

We'll immerse ourselves in the traditions of the indigenous community of Kamchatka by dressing up in traditional clothing and attending a folk music and dance show. Later, we'll visit the Ethnographic Museum to learn all about the lifestyle of the people of Kamchatka, from ancient times to the present day. 

Lastly, we'll recharge our batteries with a delicious meal of fish or meat with vegetable soup or a red fish barbecue. All this will be accompanied by a local herbal tea and berry jam. 

At the end of the tour we'll drop you off at your hotel.
