At the indicated time, we'll begin this bike tour of Quito from La Carolina Park. Ready to cycle around the capital of Ecuador?
First, we'll pass by Quito Botanical Garden. From there, we'll continue our route to El Ejido Park, one of the main green lungs of the city. Then, we'll head to the National Assembly of Ecuador and admire the legislative chamber from the outside.
We'll continue our bike tour of Quito at La Alameda Park, where the Quito Astronomical Observatory is located. From there, we'll ride down to the church of San Marcos, which will give us access to the beautiful historic centre of the Ecuadorian capital—you'll be instantly captivated!
Next, we'll pass by Plaza Grande, where we'll see the Metropolitan Cathedral of Quito from the outside. We'll also cycle past the Basilica of Nuestra Señora de la Merced, the Iglesia de El Sagrario and the church of San Francisco.
Finally, after 4 hours of sightseeing, we'll conclude the tour on the emblematic Calle de la Ronda.
