Increíble, no pudimos ver tantas auroras pero sé que puedo regresar de nuevo Translate this opinion into English.

Incredible! We didn't get to see that many auroras, but I know I can go back again. Opinion translated. Show original.

Translate this opinion into English.

Nothing good, the 'Guide' just read everything from some sheets he had, and when we asked questions, he looked for the answers on the sheets and if it wasn't there, he simply said 'I don't know.' Opinion translated. Show original.

Belli i posti.

The places are beautiful. 8 for the goodwill of the organizers, who, however, are far from capable of organizing excursion groups worthy of the name (they're not cheap!). They accompany tourists on site and leave them to their own interpretation after an explanation during the bus ride. The audio guide in Italian provided by the tour operator didn't exactly match the tour we were taking nor what the physical guide was explaining in English.

The golden circle was very good, the downside is that they didn't have information about the aurora tours. They sent you to ask at a place and they couldn't tell you either. The auroras were incredible, we couldn't see them on the first day, but we did on the second day. The guide Barto was always very attentive and interested in helping us see them. He explained a lot about them and gave us very good recommendations. Opinion translated. Show original.

The Golden Circle activity was good, the only downside was that there were no QR codes or anything to help you understand the explanations if you don't speak English. The problem was with the Northern Lights tour; no one contacted us to let us know the pick-up time, and I had to call the operator to find out the location and time.

Translate this opinion into English.

As explained on your confirmation voucher, upon boarding the bus, you will need to scan a QR code to download the SmartGuide mobile app to access the audio guide. We apologize if this or any other aspect of your booking was not to your liking. We will continue working to improve as much as possible. Opinion translated. Show original.

. Very bad. They cancelled the Northern Lights activity with only two hours’ notice via an email, and we had to change our entire travel planning, resulting in additional expenses.

Very bad. They cancelled the Northern Lights activity with only two hours' notice via email, and we had to change our entire travel plans, resulting in additional expenses and lost time, plus the stress it caused. Civitatis has refused any kind of compensation or refund.

Translate this opinion into English.

We were able to confirm that, after the cancellation, you were able to participate in the activity, although it wasn't possible to see the Northern Lights on that occasion. We regret that, due to the unpredictable nature of this natural phenomenon, the experience wasn't as enjoyable as you'd hoped. The activity was carried out as described. We apologize if, despite this, it didn't meet your expectations. Opinion translated. Show original.

The Northern Lights tour was a complete disaster. We had excellent predictions, but the company switched us to a larger tour with far too many people. The service was terrible, and it was a disaster. It's a real shame because I missed a fantastic opportunity. I recommend booking a separate Northern Lights tour.
