Cannot recommend enough! Our guide was incredibly kind, he personalised the tour for us and took us to the most beautiful places in Iceland (and some GREAT places to eat). He educated us about history, culture, society and gave us useful tips for our stay in the country. The attention via chat was also 10/10, I had several doubts and the answered very quickly. Best tour of the whole trip!

Translate this opinion into English.

It was really cool to see part of the island and see that there were still traces of the last eruption of the volcano. The supplier warned that the tour time was different from the voucher. Just as feedback, the driver talks a lot and all the time. In the end, the really interesting information gets mixed up with the irrelevant information. Opinion translated. Show original.

The sites that are visited are incredible, it is a place that is perhaps not as popular but equally or more impressive than the others. The only inconvenience is that the schedules are not met and instead of a 5-hour excursion it has been almost 9 hours and we have had to postpone some activity that we had scheduled for the afternoon.

A BEATING trip for LITTLE Positive: a friendly guide who provided us with a lot of information and some (FEW AND BRIEF) interesting visits Negative: On a 7-hour excursion, and whose most distant point is 75 km, you spend 6 hours. on the road; passing (NOT stopping?) through some of the points indicated in the program and leaving only 1 hour of brief stops to see the rest of the program. IT DOES NOT COMPENSATE: We do not visit everything scheduled and we consume 85% of the time on the road

Translate this opinion into English.

To cover all the places offered in the pre-established time, it is necessary to limit visits to each location. We are sorry if this affected your enjoyment. Even so, we have confirmed that the activity was carried out as usual, ensuring that it was to the satisfaction of all participants. Opinion translated. Show original.

The places visited are good, however, due to some road closures, we were not able to go to the lighthouse or the bridge that separates the tectonic plates (half of the itinerary). The guide improvised and did what he could, taking us around Kefkavik (where there are no tourist attractions) so as not to take us back to Reykjavík so early. When I told Civitatis, they hid it by saying that they had taken us to see other places and that they had met the schedule.
