Los sitios a visitar fueron lo mejor, pero la agencia operadora muy mal, nos llevaron corriendo todo el tiempo, dejaron botadas a 2 personas cosa que fue muy mal vista, y a mí en personal me dijeron que el teleférico ese día no estaba funcionando y por eso no le llevaron a dejarme allí como lo ofrecieron en el tour, y al día siguiente que fui al lugar y lo averigüé personalmente me dijeron que no eso no ocurrió, así que muy mal servicio del señor Marcelo

Es muy cómoda para ver lugares importantes ya que la ciudad es demasiado grande y con esta actividad se va bastante rápido de un lugar a otro y sobre todo, se facilita el acceso al Cristo Redentor. La actividad por lo general fue bien hasta que al llegar al Parque Tijuca este estaba cerrado por mucha afluencia y no se nos sustituyó por ninguna otra actividad similar... terminando por lo tanto mucho antes de la hora indicada y no cumpliendo con el recorrido contratado.

La actividad de principio a fin fue excelente, ricardo estuvo preocupado de que entendieramos todo lo explicaba en todos los idiomas, marcelo también se nota que se manejaban en las calles y llegábamos rápido a los destinos, los recomendamos mucho! Ricardo - and Marcelo- are amazing A very well planned tour with enough time to go up the Selarón Stairs and see the cathedral. They will also take you to the tijuca forest, drive through Santa Teresa and much more. All of this in a very nice and cheerful environment, with people from around the world and very good vibes. Really good activity. We were picked up on time by our host Gabriel and his driver and both were very friendly. We saw a lot of Rio in the near 7 hpirss of the tour and Gabriel was really informative and friendly throughout. Highly reccomended and very good value for money.
