El autobús nos recogió puntual en el hotel y la guía nos explicó perfectamente cómo movernos por el parque. Luego ya nos dejaron solos para explorar Xcaret. El mundo niños, nadar por el río subterráneo, el aviario, el mariposario, el parque es una pasada. La comida buffet muy buena. A la vuelta el autobús salió puntual y llegamos al hotel sin problema.

Llegamos a las 10:30 de la mañana al Parque y pudimos aprovecharlo bastante aunque casi todas las actividades son de pago extra, nosotros cogimos el Pack de fotos que nos pareció muy recomendable y el Treck con Rayas que estuvo bastante bien pero equivale a pagar unos 120 dólares extra a la entrada (por persona) así que en general nos pareció muy caro todo pero bonito de ver incluso los espectáculos aunque el último se nos hizo muy largo, el mejor el del Pueblo de los Mayas.

Muy puntuales en todo momento. Te venden las actividades a tope durante el traslado al parque. La comida alrededor de unos 22-25€, es cuestión de valorar si quieres entrada normal o plus. Las bebidas son ilimitadas durante la comida con la entrada plus, después es agua en grifos que hay en todo el parque o pagar si quieres otras bebidas. Muy chulos los ríos y el snorkel. El parque es estupendo, muy amable el personal, buenas instalaciones y suficiente mantenimiento. La comida, además, fue estupenda. Pero el precio de las actividades es escandaloso, es hacer sangrar a los turistas. Quien quiera hacer esta actividad y lleve hijos de asumir gastos de muchos cientos de €€€ en un solo día. Nos gustó mucho. El paquete Plus está muy bien porque te incluye la comida buffet. Comprando desayuno en las cafeterías gastamos unos 15 pp. Recomiendo hacer 1 o 2 actividades extra. Hicimos Adrenalina, el pack fotos y la cena en Mexico espectacular. Se sube el precio a unos 200 euros pp, pero lo hemos disfrutado y valió la pena. La cena es minimalista pero buena y agradable. Nos vinieron a recoger a la entrada de nuestro hotel y fuimos directos. El guía Ubaldo nos explicó todo durante el trayecto, y nos dio grandes consejos para que pudiéramos aprovechar todo el día. Recomiendo comprar el pack de fotos y hacer delfines y sea treck. Nosotros quedamos encantados. Las fotos con delfines se pagan a parte. Adquirimos el pase plus, q supuestamente era lo más!!! Pero una vez en el bus hacia el parque nos comentan q alguna de las actividades tienen un coste adicional y encima las fotos de dichas actividades tienen otro precio, no el q se paga ya para poder tener fotos dentro del parque, nos recogieron a las 10am, teniendo en cuenta q a las 17 horas ya tenías q alistarte para ir a ver el show. Por mi parte inconforme con la hora de recogida ya q fue demasiado tarde, ellos abren el parque a las 8:30am

We bought the plus pass, which was supposed to be the best!!! But once on the bus to the park they told us that some of the activities had an additional cost and on top of that the photos of said activities had another price, not the one you pay to be able to have photos inside the park. They picked us up at 10am, taking into account that at 5pm you already had to get ready to go see the show. For my part, I was unhappy with the pick-up time as it was too late, they open the park at 8:30am

J'étais réticente vu le prix de l'entrée. Je remercie ma fille d'avoir insisté car le parc est juste magnifique. Le cadre est en pleine nature avec pas mal d'animaux et une plage privée. On peut y faire du snorkeling et un parcours aquatique. Avec la pack +, vous avez droit à la prise en charge à votre hôtel, aux consignes et à un repas buffet avec boissons à volonté. L'interaction avec les animaux est payante mais ce n'était pas dans mes priorités. Je recommande même si c'est onéreux.

El parque Xcaret tiene muchas atracciones que visitar y es para pasar todo el día. Nadar y bajar por el río es una experiencia única. Lo que más nos gustó bajar por el río subterráneo y hacer snorkel con los peces de colores. Espectacular también el acuario, el aviario y el mariposario. El show de la noche es espectacular, muy emocionante conocer de primera mano cómo era la cultura maya y mexicana. Un show increíble, lleno de colores, música y cultura mexicana. Espectacular! El parque es una pasada. Visita si o si. Tiene 3 ríos subterráneos. Necesitas Xcaret plus para poder hacerlos. Todo es muy caro, así que hay que pensar las actividades. El guía del bus te incita a comprar todo. Merece la pena: comprar el kit de fotos y una actividad extra. NO MERECE LA PENA: comprar la mesa con cena para el espectáculo. El parque es un 10/10 vale la pena. Nosotros fuimos el día del huracán, por lo que el parque cerró a las 4pm, aún así vimos los shows de la mañana y son espectaculares, me imagino los de la noche.
