Ronda Mystery & Legends Free Tour
Tour Details
We'll begin our tour in the heart of Ronda, specifically next to the statue of bullfighter Antonio Ordóñez. After introductions, we'll dive into the city's history, shaped by the presence of important civilizations such as the Roman and the Moorish.
Next, we'll head towards the Iglesia de la Merced, a church that holds a secret and a story that will surprise you. We'll continue our walk to the city's main park, where we'll discuss one of Ronda's most important figures: Pedro Romero.
Our tour also includes an exterior visit to the Plaza de Toros, where we'll explore Ronda's bullfighting tradition and its immense cultural significance. Of course, we can't forget the Puente Nuevo, the town's most iconic landmark, from where we'll enjoy spectacular panoramic views of the Tajo de Ronda gorge. What mysteries does this iconic place hold? Let's find out!
We'll continue our tour through the historic center, strolling along its most emblematic streets and stopping at various viewpoints. During the tour, we'll admire the Iglesia Mayor from the outside before making our way back through charming streets steeped in Ronda's traditions.
Our tour will end in Plaza de España, a central location perfect for you to continue exploring the city at your own pace. The activity will last approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes.
