Activity Details
We'll start this tour after picking you up from your hotel in Rovaniemi. Once in the vehicle, we'll head northeast to immerse ourselves in the serenity of the Arctic forest. Let's go!
We'll arrive at our first stop, Santa Claus Village, where we'll assign you snowmobiles and equip you with everything you need for the adventure. With the roar of the engines, we'll ride across the white blanket of Lapland for an hour and 20 minutes. We'll immerse ourselves in silent trails, interrupted only by the crunch of snow as the vehicles pass by.
After a 10-minute drive, we'll arrive at an area filled with snow-covered pine trees. After this adrenaline rush, we'll slow down and put on our snowshoes. We'll walk through the Vikaköngäs forest for an hour. We'll cross paths between frosty trees and bushes. Keep your eyes peeled, because we might encounter some stealthy animals!
Next, we'll prepare to head back to Santa Claus Village. For half an hour, we'll take a guided tour to tell you all about this magical place where it feels like Christmas all year round!
We'll be able to stroll through the most charming corners of this little village, such as the Post Office, cross the Arctic Circle and admire its fairytale houses.
You'll have 2 hours of free time to explore at your own leisure. You can visit Santa Claus, the shops and cafés, and even send a postcard from there. Can you imagine sending your family a souvenir with a special Arctic Circle stamp?
Finally, we'll meet up again to return to Rovaniemi, where we'll drop you off at your hotel after 7 hours of adventure.
Hotel Pickup
This tour includes pickup from hotels located within a 10 km (6.2 mi) radius of the centre of Rovaniemi. If you're staying outside of this area, we'll get in touch with you after booking to arrange an alternative meeting point.
Snowmobile Requirements
To drive snowmobiles, you must be at least 18 years old and present a valid driving licence. When booking, you can choose between an individual snowmobile or a shared snowmobile, and both of you can take turns driving the vehicle if you meet the necessary requirements. Please note that the price indicated is per person.
Children under the age of 18 must book a shared snowmobile ticket and will travel as passengers with an adult.

A - In the event of an accident and damage to the snowmobile, you'll be liable for up to 650EUR for the damage. You'll have the option to purchase a liability waiver before the start of the tour for 30EUR per snowmobile. With this liability waiver, you would only be liable for up to 150EUR in the event of an accident.
