Bob Marley Tour
Tour Details
From your hotel in Runaway Bay, at the designated time, we'll set off deep into the Jamaican jungle and cross the hills of St. Ann Parish until we get to our destination: Nine Mile. This small town was the birthplace of Bob Marley, one of the greatest artists of all time in the history of music.
This little town, nestled in nature, is the place where the frontman of The Wailers was born. Marley was also considered the King of Reggae for the impact he had on this music genre. We'll visit his birthplace, which has been declared a National Monument, and come across objects from his childhood and youth. As we explore Marley's home, you'll see items from his career that tell stories of significant moments in his life.
We'll also enter the mausoleum, where Marley's remains and his family's remains have been laid to rest. His most devoted fans visit this site without their shoes to pay their respects to their idol. Another unique detail about this place is that it's legal to smoke marijuana inside.
After the tour, we'll return to Runaway Bay and drop you off at your hotel 5 hours later.
