When booking, you can choose between three different options. All of them start at the entrance of the Sylvie Fahrer et Fils winery, in the Alsatian town of Saint-Hippolyte. Here are the details of each option:

Wine-tasting tour (1 hour)

In this option, we'll visit the Sylvie Fahrer et Fils winery. First of all, we'll review the history of this winery and of Alsace wine. We'll learn about the wine production process that has been followed for four generations, and you'll see why it has been so successful!

After seeing the winemaking process at Sylvie Fahrer et Fils, we'll enjoy a guided wine tasting, the perfect end to the tour!  

Blind tasting tour (1 hour and 15 minutes)

If you choose this option, in addition to enjoying a guided tour of the winery, you'll also enjoy a blind tasting. Yes, you read that right, so your senses will have to sharpen and guess whether it's a white or rosé wine while you taste the drink in a black glass, like a real professional!

Wine &  food tasting tour (1 hour and 15 minutes)

After visiting the winery, we'll have a tasting with food and wine pairings. We'll sample 4 wines paired with 4 appetizers such as pâte en croûte, cheese, and chocolate...Bon appetit!
