A pleasant discovery, Carmen is incredibly kind, she explained the history of the distillery to us very well, the history of sugar cane in Spain and the tasting concluded this visit, excellent rum as well as sugar cane honey. Then of course the purchase of a few bottles, all 3 of us were happy with this visit.
