En general bien, la guía Alenka muy alegre y simpática, nos contaba todo con ilusión y detalles. Aún así, hechamos de menos ver los sitios por dentro, todo el tour es en coche y por fuera, no se llega a ningún sitio ni se ve el Convento de cerca. Eso fue una decepción...luego 30min de coche hasta Mondsee y no valía la pena. Realmente son 60euros mal aprovechados y se puede hacer el tour individualmente y se ve lo mismo. Pagamos para ver algo especial y no fue así

Generally good, the guide Alenka was very cheerful and friendly, she told us everything with enthusiasm and details. That was a disappointment...then a 30min drive to Mondsee and it wasn't worth it. It really is 60 euros wasted and you can do the tour individually and you see the same thing. Interesante, pero al ser en inglés se pierde gran parte de las explicaciones ( salvo que seas bilingüe que no es nuestro caso ni el de la mayoría de los españoles), sobre todo se escapan detalles y expresiones muy específicas . Aunque da algunas explicaciones generales sobre Salzsburgo, está muy centrada en la película.

El tour estupendo, el guía genial. Únicamente destacar negativamente que el punto de encuentro que envían no es correcto. La excursión tenía comienzo a las 9:00 y hemos llegado a las 8:45. Después de estar esperando hasta las 9:10 y no aparecer nadie, he preguntado al conductor de otro autobús y gracias a el, que me indica que el tour no es allí, es unos 100 metros más adelante, en la acera de enfrente. La ubicación que señalan es incorrecta. El guía no nos espera allí, sino que nos espera en el toldo de Panorama! Hay que cambiar eso. Ha sido un poco estresante ver que no había nadie. El guía, David, ha sido genial pero sería estupendo poder ver el convento por dentro, por ejemplo. O algo menos los lugares de las escenas.

La guía muy simpática, nos fue contando detalles curiosos de la película y de la propia ciudad. Durante el camino se ven unos paisajes increíbles por lo que merece la pena. No le doy el 5 porque la mayoría de paisajes de Sonrisas y Lágrimas que vimos son parte de propiedades privadas y hay que verlas desde muy lejos.

Es una lástima que la actividad no se ofrezca en español a pesar del creciente turismo español que hay en Austria. Quiero hacer notar que el inicio de la actividad no es el lugar que se precisa en el bono sino a unos 100 metros de allí lo que deberían modificar para evitar malentendidos. Con que pongan que se busquen los llamativos autobuses del Tour sería suficiente. Por último quiero comentar que el guía y el conductor dejaron unas cestitas para cobrar propina y no sé si eso es normal.
