    L’agenzia locale lavora molto male perché non ha recepito il cambio hotel e ha mandato la guida nell’hotel precedentemente prenotato La reception del nostro hotel ha provato a telefonare all’agenzia ma nessuno rispondeva Infine Madraxim è arrivato con 30 minuti di ritardo però si è dimostrato molto competente,parla un italiano ottimo ,e’ una persona speciale che ha fatto della giornata una splendida esperienza
