If you decide to rent a boat in San Diego, you'll enjoy a pleasant private sailing trip along the coast of this California city. The boat will be driven at all times by an English-speaking skipper, so you won't have to worry about anything.
When you make your reservation, you can choose between a morning, afternoon or sunset tour. All tours last 2.5 hours and start and end at the pier located at 955 Harbor Island Dr. In addition, all tours include coconut water, ginger ale, fruit juices and mineral water as drinks, and chocolate chip biscuits and chips as snacks.

Morning Tour
If you choose this route, we'll pass by the USS Midway, a spectacular aircraft carrier turned museum. You'll also see the "Unconditional Surrender" sculpture from the sailboat. This work depicts the characters from Alfred Eisenstaedt's iconic 1945 photograph of a sailor kissing a nurse in Times Square to celebrate the end of World War II.
We'll then continue along the San Diego coastline past The Rady Shell open-air auditorium. We'll also skirt the shoreline of Coronado Island and pass under the bridge of the same name.
Finally, we'll try to spot dolphins, seals and sea lions in the Point Loma area. From there, we'll return to the departure pier.
Midday Tour
In this option, we'll follow the same itinerary as the previous option, but without the animal spottings in Point Loma.
Instead, we'll dedicate more time in the Coronado Bridge area, enjoying the landscapes of this area along the coast of San Diego.
Sunset Tour
If you opt for this route, we'll admire a romantic sunset in San Diego. We'll begin our trip enjoying the sunset over the area of Seaport Village.
Afterwards, we'll continue admiring how the sun slowly sets along the Californian Coast, passing by The Rady Shell and Coronado Island.
Finally, after appreciating the reflection of the reddish and orange tones of the sun over the Pacific Ocean, we'll sail back to the departure pier.
