Cherry Picking + Jam Making Workshop

At 10 am we'll meet at Viale Vittorio Emanuele II. From here, we'll go by minibus to a fruit orchard in Sant'Agata de' Goti where we'll walk among the cherry trees and learn about their different varieties.

On our walk, we'll learn why the cherries of Sant'Agata de' Goti have gained so much prestige in recent years. We'll see how the trees are cared for and learn how to pick the fruit correctly. 

After the cherry-picking, it's time to enjoy the fruits of our labour! Quite literally as we'll take part in a fun jam-making workshop. In this part of the activity, we'll learn how to prepare an exquisite jam with these fruits, an ideal product to sweeten a dish!  

At the end of the workshop, we'll enjoy a picnic lunch of an appetizer of typical products, fruit, coffee and a homemade liqueur. It's enough to make your mouth water!

Finally, we'll get back on the minibus and finish the activity at 5 pm at the starting point.
