Bike Tour of Varadero

When booking, you can choose one of the following bike tours in Varadero. Both tours include an English-speaking guide and a bike rental during the activity.

Here are the details of each option:

Tour of the center of Varadero (3 hours)

Once at the meeting point at the indicated time, we'll distribute the bikes and start a route that will take us to discover the best of downtown Varadero. Let's go!

We'll start by passing through the town of Santa Marta, where we'll stop at the restaurant Casa de All, also known as Casa de Al Capone. Here, we'll have an excellent view of the Paso Malo Canal all the way to Varadero.

Then, we'll continue the route at a Bodega de Abastecimiento in downtown Varadero, where we'll learn about the distribution process of rationed food in Cuba. The next stop will be at the Parador Fotográfico to take the best snapshots, and then we'll continue to the emblematic Floridita Bar.

Next, we'll cycle through Josone Park and leave you time at an art gallery to buy souvenirs. We'll then visit the Casa del Ron (House of Rum) to learn about the different types of Cuban rum and the Casa del Tabaco to learn about the process of making the famous Havana cigars.

Tour of the outskirts of Varadero (5 hours)

After getting on the bikes, we'll start touring the outskirts of Varadero. The first place we'll visit will be an agricultural farm in Guásimas to learn about Cuban food production and the typical crops of the area.

Then, we'll continue our journey through different villages such as Vega, Cantel, and Camarioca. We'll also stop at Boca de Camarioca beach to admire the view of the sea.

Next, we'll head to the village of La Conchita, which is surrounded by agave crops. On the way back we'll see the Oasis complex, which is very close to the Paso Malo Canal, at the entrance of the Varadero peninsula.
