We'll meet at the designated time at Casa Marina to begin this experience with a warm greeting from our barista, who will guide us on this delicious adventure in Santa Marta.
First, we'll head to the coffee lab, for a detailed explanation of the tasting we'll soon enjoy. It'll be an unforgettable experience for the senses!
On this tasting, we'll discover three fascinating processes. The first will be the traditional method, where we'll experience a coffee with a bright acidity and a smooth body that caresses the palate. You'll notice how the floral and fruity notes intertwine with a refreshing sweetness, creating the perfect balance.
Then, we'll move on to the natural process. Here, we'll discover a coffee that is dried naturally, offering a medium-bodied experience bursting with intense fruity flavors you'll want to savor again and again. Get ready to be swept away by its natural sweetness!
Finally, we'll dive into the world of honey-processed coffee, where part of the cherry pulp remains attached to the bean during processing. This method highlights bittersweet and fruity notes that are sure to surprise and delight you.
The best part of it all? After finishing, we'll have the option to take your favorite coffee home! After approximately 45 minutes of enjoying Colombian coffee, we'll conclude this experience.
