    We had a wonderful time touring Mt. Etna with Ornella as our guide. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Highly recommend this trip. We went in late March in a year when there was still a lot of snow and flurries above a certain elevation, but we always felt safe and in good hands. Visibility was not great at the upper parking lot but we had a great time and would do it again.
