At the indicated time, we'll pick you up from your hotel in Teresina and, once we're all ready, we'll begin a 4-hour road trip. Are you ready to visit the Northeastern Cappadocia?
As soon as we arrive at the so-called Enchanted City, we'll embark on a 3-hour hiking trail where we'll admire the peculiar reddish rock formations, shaped by time and nature. During the hike, we'll stop at strategic points to rest, take photos and enjoy the views.
As we walk, we'll tell you about the region's past, formerly known as Cidade de Piedra, the Stone City, and the Three Brothers. We'll reveal details about erosion and discoveries in the area. Did you know that the Northeastern Cappadocia is home to examples of cave paintings and fossils among the rocks?
After a break for you to get yourselves some lunch, we'll continue exploring this unique geology in Brazil. We assure you that you won't be able to stop taking photos of its harmonious dance of colours and shapes over the arid valley. Every corner tells the story of the passing of the years in the Piauí region.
Finally, we'll meet again to board the vehicle and begin our return to Teresina, where we'll say goodbye after a total of 11.5 hours.
