During the booking process, you can choose between the following options:
Tasting of 3 Premium Wines (1 Hour)
If you're looking for a high-quality experience centered on crianza wines, this is your option! You'll participate in a guided tasting of three Premium wines with different qualities.
You'll try a white wine that has been in the barrel for 6 months and two red wines that have been in barrels for a minimum of 12 months, crafted with native and foreign varieties. It'll be a complex tasting full of character!
With this option, you'll also have water, breadsticks, extra virgin green olive oil, and tapas: three typical cheeses, pâté, and deer chorizo.
Tasting of 5 Wines (1.5 Hours)
This is the most complete option to discover the region's diverse wines. You'll enjoy a guided tasting of five Manchego wines that are very different. Ready?
You'll taste wines of different oak-aged wines (young, oak, and crianza) made with diverse grape varieties, where you'll enjoy an experience full of character and notes.
Plus, this tasting includes water, breadsticks, extra virgin green olive oil, and tapas: three typical cheeses, pâté, and deer chorizo.
