    We were greeted with a welcome drink. The guide took us on a tour of the winery and told us the fascinating story of the Hinojosa family. Then we went to a beautiful room where we tasted the winery's wines, from youngest to oldest, and participated in a blind tasting of the history of wine. The guide was very engaging, friendly, and charming.
