Valencian Paella Cooking Class
Paella Cooking Class
If you love Mediterranean cuisine and want to learn how to prepare an authentic Valencian paella, we'll see you at the indicated time at Plaça de Sant Felip Neri, number 6.
First, we'll head to the Algiros Market to discover the local ingredients. Once we've got all our ingredients ready, we'll head to the place where the paella cooking class will take place. Here, they'll give us everything needed to prepare a menu following the chef's ingredients. Yes chef!
Our paella will consist of chicken and rabbit meat, ferradura beans, butter beans, saffron, and paprika. Ready to cook? If you're hungry during the workshop, you'll have wine, beer, soft drinks, and snacks.
We'll also enjoy a tasty Spanish omelette. When the paella is ready, we'll sit around the table to enjoy its flavor. At the end of the meal, you'll be given a personalized diploma with a group picture.
After 2.5 hours, the activity will end at the meeting point.
Additional Info
Please note that the market is closed on Sundays. If you have booked the activity on a Sunday, you'll go to prepare the paella directly.
