El guía no hablaba correctamente el español, en ocasiones se hacía difícil entender lo que quería decir o seguir el hilo de la explicación, con todo se notaba que se esforzaba en hacerlo bien. Aún así me gustó la experiencia y lo recomiendo igualmente. Por otro lado, éramos demasiadas personas en el grupo, alrededor de 40, y el propio guía comentó que solo fuimos algo más de la mitad, ¿entonces hubiésemos sido un grupo de entre 60-70 personas? Realicé la actividad en el tour de las 5 con Rene. Tuvimos problemas en llegar al punto de encuentro que figura en la reserva(la plaza Helmut Zilk )ya que nadie la conoce por ese nombre. Un taxista nos dejó tiradas a 3-4 km del punto de encuentro por lo que nos fue imposible llegar a la hora. Josef was great. Anyone taking the tour should be aware you may get young kids - we had a family with 3 young loud children who stood at the front scream talking at each other so I missed a lot of the information. I would have chosen adults only if an option.

El guía fue puntual, amable y realizó el recorrido de forma correcta y agradable. Sin embargo, la valoración general del tour no puede ser positiva por un problema claro de organización. Éramos unas 70 personas para un solo guía, sin sistema de audio (ni auriculares ni altavoces), lo que hizo que durante gran parte de la visita no se le pudiera escuchar, y en el resto con mucha dificultad. La guía Selma estuvo genial, conoce muy bien la historia y la ciudad. Nos gustó el recorrido y el guía era una gran entendido. Hablaba bien español, el problema es que el grupo era enorme, muchísima gente y si no estabas al lado del guia o en primera línea no te enterabas de nada. Me he enterado de poco, la verdad.

Renate fue muy agradable y lo que nos explicó fue interesante pero el grupo era muy grande y si te quedabas hacia atrás no se escuchaba nada. Los grupos deberían ser mas pequeños o la persona debería subir mas la voz. Echamos en falta mas explicación cronologica de la historia de viena des de los Hasburgo hasta el día de hoy, había temas que no quiso tocar y que hay que tocar porque forman parte de la historia...
