At the indicated time, we’ll meet at the entrance of Castillo de Aresan Winery and begin an experience that showcases the richness of La Mancha wines. Ready? Let’s begin!
Once everyone has arrived, we’ll start discovering the remarkable land of La Mancha, where unique, high-quality wines are produced, with nuances we’ll reveal as the tour progresses. Castillo de Aresan is a family-run winery where care for the environment and the product is its defining hallmark.
During the tour, you’ll learn how they produce wines known for their delicacy and elegance. The route will take you through both the estate’s vineyards and the winery, allowing you to understand the winemaking process from vine cultivation to final labeling.
To complete the visit, we’ll enjoy a tasting of 4 wines from the Castillo de Aresan range paired with typical La Mancha products. When booking, you can choose between the following pairing options:
- Tasting with traditional tapas: the pairing will include a selection of traditional tapas.
- Tasting with cheeses and Iberian cured meats: during the tasting, you’ll enjoy cheeses and Iberian cured meats.
Finally, after a visit lasting between 1 hour and 1 hour 15 minutes, we’ll say our goodbyes and conclude the tour of Castillo de Aresan Winery.
