Xátiva Tuk Tuk Tour

At your chosen time, we'll meet at the Fuente del León (Lion Fountain) and set off on our tuk tuk tour of Xátiva. We'll find out lots of fun facts about the city, such as why it's also known as the city of a thousand fountains.

Our eco-friendly tuk tuk will take us along the Alameda, one of the main promenades in Xátiva, Beso Garden and the square and Church of Sant Pere where a famous figure was baptised...

We'll pass by the house of the Borgia family and some of Xátiva's most symbolic fountains. These fountains will include the Royal, the Aldomar and the Gothic fountain in Trinitat Square, which is the oldest one in the region of Valencia. From here, we'll walk along the stately Montcada Street and observe the Convent of Santa Clara and some other noble palaces.

The tour will also take us through some of the most important squares in Xátiva, such as La Bassa and Sant Francesc. While we're in the latter square, we'll discuss the history of the Borgia family, one of the most famous lineages of the European Renaissance.

While sitting comfortably in the tuk tuk, you'll also be able to see some of the city's most iconic buildings, such as Almodí and Casa de l'Ensenyança museums, and the old Convent of Sant Doménech.

Having spent 50 minutes exploring Xátiva on our eco-friendly tuk tuk, we'll finish our tour in the Plaça de la Seu, in front of the imposing cathedral façade.
