La experiencia fue increíble, el guía súper majo y con buen español, quizás le faltaba contarnos algo más sobre los volcanes, simplemente nos llevó a los mejores lugares para hacer fotos. El hotel de Bromo bastante mejorable y el de Ijen estuvo bastante mejor. Nadie te recomienda llevar mascarilla para no inhalar azufre ni que para llegar a Ijen hay que subir caminando 3km con una inclinación considerable, eso sí, merece muchísimo la pena. The experience was incredible. The guide was super friendly and spoke good Spanish. Perhaps he could have told us a bit more about the volcanoes; he simply took us to the best spots for photos. The hotel in Bromo could have been much better, while the one in Ijen was significantly better. No one recommends wearing a mask to avoid inhaling sulfur, nor does anyone mention that reaching Ijen involves a 3km hike up a considerable incline. However, it's absolutely worth it. Incredible experience. Even though it involves getting up very early (we got up at 2 in the morning both days), the views and the excursions themselves are well worth it. Our guide Riki was a great host helping to make everything perfect. As points for improvement or things that we didn't like as much: - overcrowding of jeeps and people on the excursion to Mount Bromo - the horses that are included in the activity for the trip to the Bromo caldera are very sad because of how mistreated they are

Una gran experiencia. Nuestro guía Rikki hablaba bastante bien español. Los volcanes espectaculares, de lo que más nos gustó de Indonesia. Personalmente, quitaría o haría opcional lo del caballo en el Bromo, nosotros tuvimos un par de sustos, ya que no son tan dóciles como en otro sitios. A great experience. Our guide Rikki spoke Spanish quite well. The volcanoes were spectacular, one of our favourite things about Indonesia. Personally, I would remove or make the horse optional in Bromo, we had a couple of scares, as they are not as docile as in other places. Lo mostes muy bonitos y el guía hizo su trabajo. Todo lo demás tirando a malo. Los hoteles no tienen categoría y nos metieron en las peores habitaciones de las que disponían. La comida en sitios no muy buenos, sobre todo el segundo día. Pero lo peor fue el ferry para pasar a Bali. Nos dejaron a las 10 de la mañana en el puerto y el barco no zarpó hasta la una, sólos, sin saber qué pasaba. Por el precio que tiene la excursión es bastante decepcionante.

The most beautiful places, and the guide did his job. Everything else was pretty poor. The hotels weren't upscale, and they put us in the worst rooms available. The food wasn't great, especially on the second day. But the worst part was the ferry to Bali. They dropped us off at the port at 10 a.m., and the boat didn't sail until 1 p.m., leaving us alone, not knowing what was going on. For the price, the excursion is quite disappointing.
