Que no nos fueron a buscar. El dia anterior mandaron un mail confirmando el traslado pero al no presentarse a la hora acordada llamamos al operador quiennos informo que no teniamos reserva con ellos ni chofer asignado. Tuvimos que tomar un taxi. Solicito total reembolso por lo pagado. Son 70 euros

That they didn't come looking for us. The previous day they sent an email confirming the transfer but when they did not show up at the agreed time we called the operator who informed us that we had no reservation with them or an assigned driver. We had to take a taxi. I request full refund for what was paid. They are 70 euros

Confusión de horarios!

El conductor llegó puntual. Al no localizarte, llamó al teléfono de contacto sin obtener respuesta y tras hora y media de espera decidió irse. Cuando recibió tu llamada, regresó.

Después de 20 minutos de espera, el conductor no se ha presentado y hemos tenido que buscar un taxi que se ha presentado inmediatamente. Solicito la devolución del importe que les pagué. NULA PROFESIONALIDAD. No se puede confiar en este servicio. Lamentable.

Por un problema logísitico nuestro colaborador no pudo recogerte, sentimos las molestias. Ya se ha procedido a reembolsar el importe abonado.
