Vinos Heraclio Alfaro Winery Visit

At 11 am, we'll meet at the entrance of Vinos Heraclio Alfaro to start our guided visit of this winery in La Rioja.

To start, we'll walk through the vineyards to see the bunches of grapes and the vineyards as we learn some fun facts about this place. This rustic estate has vineyards, olive and fruit trees and spans across a massive area of 110 hectares.

Next, we'll head inside the winery. Interestingly, it was built upon the site of an old hangar and was named after a pioneer in international aviation. While we look at the barrels, we'll learn about the winemaking techniques as well as the differences between Tempranillo, Graciano and Mazuelo wines. 

Afterwards, we'll taste two wines accompanied by a snack. We'll say our goodbyes between 12:15 and 12:30 pm.

Children under 18 years old

Children under the age of 18 can take part in this activity and join the group as we visit the vineyards and the winery. However, the wine tasting session with the food and wine pairing is only open to adults.
