We visited from North America & were fascinated by the how olive trees are grown in the traditional manner. Juande was an enthusiastic & educational guide of the olive grove that has trees that are centuries old. His English was good. The olive oil tasting was amazing! We tasted two different oils, EVO and VO. After swirling in our cup and smelling the aroma, we sipped a bit to get the full flavor of the oil. We could tell the difference! He brought some local ochio rolls to eat with the oils.
