The tour was very good, although it could have been improved. First, our scheduled meeting time was at 8, but they moved it to 7 without asking. Second, the guide wasn't very knowledgeable about our tour, and although he was very friendly, he was more of a chauffeur than a guide. If you visit Banff, don't miss the gondola! It was the highlight of the trip!
