The Gray Line Buenos Aires sightseeing bus follows a route with 25 stops and a total duration of 3.5 hours. Aboard this open-top double-decker bus, you’ll be able to admire the most iconic places in the Argentine capital. You’ll also learn about its history thanks to the audio guide in English available throughout the route.
Cameras ready? Along the way, you can hop on and off as many times as you want at the different stops. In the political heart of the city, you’ll be welcomed by Congreso Square and Avenida de Mayo. The bus also passes through the San Telmo neighborhood, the Paseo de la Historieta, and the famous La Boca district.
Of course, you’ll have the chance to see the legendary Bombonera, the stadium of Club Atlético Boca Juniors, before arriving at Puerto Madero and the Costanera Sur.
The northern area is also included in the route, with stops at the Floralis Genérica, Usina del Arte, and the majestic Teatro Colón. And just when you least expect it, the green spaces of Palermo will unfold before your eyes. A truly complete route!

How Does It Work?
The Buenos Aires sightseeing bus ticket is valid for 24, 48, or 72 hours from the moment it’s used for the first time. For example, a 48-hour ticket used on a Thursday at 3 pm will be valid until Saturday at 3 pm. During that period, you can hop on and off the buses as many times as you want.
Schedules & Frequency
- The Buenos Aires sightseeing bus operates Monday to Sunday from 9:20 am to 6 pm, with the final departure at 5:30 pm
- Please note that on this last departure, the bus only completes half the route
- The average frequency is 25 minutes from Monday to Sunday
Guided Tours
On top of that, your sightseeing bus ticket includes the following guided tours, all with an English-speaking guide and lasting 1 hour. To confirm each tour’s schedule and meeting stop, you’ll need to check with the guide on board the bus:
- San Telmo neighborhood: you’ll see the Mafalda sculpture, the San Telmo Market, Plaza Dorrego, San Pedro González Telmo parish, the Casa Mínima, and Zanjón de Granados.
- Plaza de Mayo: you’ll discover the emblematic corner of Diagonal Norte and Florida, along with the Florida pedestrian street. We’ll also pass the most important buildings in Plaza de Mayo, such as the Cabildo, the Metropolitan Cathedral, and the Casa Rosada.
- La Recoleta neighborhood: you’ll walk through Plaza Francia and Plaza Torcuato de Alvear, and see the Recoleta Cultural Center, Café La Biela, the Church of Nuestra Señora del Pilar, and the famous Recoleta Cemetery.
- La Boca neighborhood: you’ll stroll through the Old Transporter Bridge, the Benito Quinquela Martín Museum, Caminito Street, and the Boca Juniors stadium.
