En la actividad te llevan a todo lo q ofrecen y todo es muy lindo. El unico y gran problema es q pedimos un tour en español y 4 horas antes de q empezara nos dijeron q no habia guia en español q si queriamos cancelaramos. A esa hora no habia tiempo de buscar otro y tres de los 4 accedimos a tener el tour en portugues, el cual entendimos a un 40%

O guia Bruno foi excelente, muito atencioso e simpático. O que deixou a desejar é que no passeio constava no itinerário o lago Itapeva, um dos mais altos do Brasil. mas não foi feito porque, de acordo com o guia, o lugar é privativo e não tem mais acesso. O tour foi muito bom, mas foi informado que duraria cerca de 3 horas, no entanto depois de 3 horas ainda faltava a última visita (fábrica de chocolates) que não conseguimos ir porque tínhamos outra reserva, de acordo com o tempo que nos foi informado A cidade estava lotada o que atrasou o cronograma, mas acredito que os guias já tenham essa noção e isso deveria ser corretamente informado No mais, o guia não acompanha nos passeios, apenas deixa nos pontos turísticos

The tour was very good, but we were informed that it would last about 3 hours; however, after 3 hours, we still hadn't visited the last stop (chocolate factory) which we couldn't go to because we had another reservation, according to the time we were given. The city was crowded, which delayed the schedule, but I believe the guides are already aware of this and it should be communicated correctly.
