Las tres islas son bonitas, la comida muy rica. No dejan meter bebidas ni siquiera agua, pero en todas las islas tienes hora y media y en la ultima una hora, quieren que consumas bebidas pero te traen corriendo, no dan tiempo para que uno se ponga a gusto a tomar y consumir.

La reserva fue fácil y todo estuvo en orden cuando llegamos al muelle, mi esposo y yo tuvimos que pagar menos por el impuesto, el itinerario es tal cual a lo descrito, el almuerzo muy normal pero el arroz de coco estaba delicioso el guia divino y con tremenda actitud y cada una de las islas espectaculares, en verdad que las fotos no le hacen justicia a lo que uno ve, el agua cristalina y turquesa, hermosas todas recomiendo zapatos de playa, Islabela tiene mucha piedra filuda. The booking was easy and everything was in order when we arrived at the dock. My husband and I had to pay less because of the tax. The itinerary was exactly as described. Lunch was very standard, but the coconut rice was delicious. The guide was wonderful and had a great attitude, and each of the islands was spectacular. The photos truly don't do justice to what you see. The water was crystal clear and turquoise. All the islands were beautiful. I recommend beach shoes; Islabela has a lot of sharp rocks. La verdad esperaba mucho más por el precio, les aviso que ustedes deberán llegar a la puerta N4 y ahí está la agencia que contrata Civitatis, pero uno debe ir preguntándole a la gente por qué en ningún momento te mandan correo diciéndote con quién dirigirte o a dónde dirigirte, te dan un contacto pero nunca contestan, hasta que llegas sola ya la gente de ahí afuera te dice que Bora Bora tours está en la puerta 4, te citan 10 minutos antes de las 8 y terminas casi saliendo a las 9 am del puerto

I honestly expected much more for the price. I should warn you that you need to go to Gate N4, where the agency that works with Civitatis is located. However, you have to ask around because they never send you an email telling you who to contact or where to go. They give you a contact number, but no one ever answers. It's only when you arrive on your own that people outside tell you that Bora Bora Tours is at Gate 4. They tell you to arrive 10 minutes before 8 am, but you end up leaving the port around 9 am.

Sobre o tour em si (lancha, guia e piloto) foi tudo ok. Mas tentem entender direito o tour antes de comprarem. Entre as ilhas do rosário há três principais beach clubs e são nesses três que o passeio vai te levar. Lá voce vai ser tratado como um intruso por não ser hospede dos hoteis deles e também será jogado nos piores cantos do lugar. O unico que foi mais legal foi o Isla Bela. PaoPao e BoraBora nos deixaram em lugares sem sombra e com guardas nos viajando a todo momento.

About the tour itself (boat, guide, and pilot) everything was fine. But try to understand the tour properly before you buy it. Among the Rosario islands, there are three main beach clubs, and it is to these three that the tour will take you. There, you will be treated like an intruder for not being a guest of their hotels and will also be taken to the worst corners of the place. The only one that was nicer was Isla Bela. PaoPao and BoraBora left us in places without shade and with guards watching us all the time.

Las islas que se visitan son preciosas un verdadero paraíso, el tiempo que permaneces en ellas es suficiente para disfrutarlas. Lo que no me gustó es que además del impuesto de entrada al puerto te obligan a pagar un “seguro” que según dicen ellos es obligatorio de 8.800 pesos colombianos. Nadie me hizo una póliza ni me tomó ningún dato, lo cual huele a estafa. Por lo demás es una actividad muy recomendable.

The islands you visit are beautiful, a true paradise; the time you spend there is enough to enjoy them. What I didn't like is that, in addition to the port entry tax, they force you to pay for "insurance" that they claim is mandatory, costing 8,800 Colombian pesos. No one issued me a policy or took any of my information, which smells like a scam. Otherwise, it's a highly recommended activity.

Lo único que les interesa es que gastes dinero. En Pao Pao nos mandaron a la segunda playa en lugar de la principal porque decían no tener lugar. En Islabela nos cobraron un agua $12.000 en el almuerzo ya que solo ofrecían Aguapanela. En Bora Bora nos quisieron rostizar al sol. No quedaban reposeras con sombrilla y pretendían que estemos a pleno rayo del sol, pareciera que solo para consumir. Luego de quejarnos nos asignaron un lugar atrás del DJ bajo un árbol. No te dejan bajar ni con agua

All they care about is making you spend money. In Pao Pao, they sent us to the second beach instead of the main one because they said they were full. In Islabela, they charged us 12,000 pesos for a bottle of water at lunch because they only offered aguapanela (a drink made with unrefined cane sugar).
