La actividad de los manglares excelente, Deyber nuestro guía muy bueno, pero la actividad del volcan deja mucho que desear, valores de los servicios extra no corresponden a la descripción de la actividad, son muchos mas elevados, pagamos 30.000 pesos colombianos por persona. Cobran hasta por llevar las sandalias.

The mangrove tour was excellent, and Deyber, our guide, was very good, but the volcano tour left much to be desired. The prices for extra services didn't match the description of the activity; they were much higher. We paid 30,000 Colombian pesos per person. They even charged us for bringing sandals.

Lamentablemente tuvimos una situacion desagradable. La unidad que nos transportaba recalentó y en parte de la excursion se detuvo casi 1 hora. La inexperiencia y falta resolutiva de la persona a cargo, hizo que durante ese lapso de tiempo, esperáramos con mucho calor, sin brindarnos por lo menos una botella de agua, o el haber definido que pudiéramos almorzar, por ejemplo en ese tiempo. Tras la queja, la empresa en destino nos comfirmé a todos,el reembolso del 50% de la totalidad paga del tour

Unfortunately, we had an unpleasant experience. The vehicle transporting us overheated and stopped for almost an hour during part of the excursion. The inexperience and lack of problem-solving skills of the person in charge meant that we had to wait in the sweltering heat for that entire time, without even being offered a bottle of water or any option to have lunch, for example. After we complained, the company at the destination confirmed that we would all receive a 50% refund of the total tour cost.

Le guide nous avait bien prévenu que le pourboire pour les services sur place se feraient à la fin, donc ça s'est bien passé. La actividad de la mañana, manglares , fue muy buena la guía ,marcia muy preocupada de todo los detalles nos daba información, ella erxelente. En la tarde el volcán .el transporte no funcionaba bien el aire acondicionado era un suficiente. Cambiamos de guía ,Daniel,. Despreocupado hablaba muy bajito y cuando le hice una pregunta me puso cara desagradable. Al retornar se acostó en los asientos y subió las piernas a la venta,super poco profesional,como si fuera un viaje con amigos.

Por la mañana nos vino a buscar Antony para ir a los manglares... Hermoso lugar... Muy bien diseñada la visita y muy buena las actividades que desarrollamos en el lugar... We had the best time! We had a group of 11 and most people named this as their favorite day in Cartagena. We had an English-speaking guide take us an hour drive to the volcano first. It's definitely important to go early to beat crowds. The mud is such a crazy consistency: you can't stand up but you float! Then you walk to a lagoon to wash off and drive to La Boquilla for lunch which was chicken or fish, both tasty! The mangroves and fishing was a very cool nature experience. We loved it!

La agencia de este viaje, Vivamos Colombia deja muchísimo que desear. La persona supuestamente responsable de la misma no sólo intentó cambiarnos a toda costa la excursión reservada hace 2 meses de día si no que finalmente nos invirtió el orden con otra que también teníamos con ello (y no sabíamos) sin previo aviso para poder sacarle rentabilidad a la misma y la otra de las dos la cancelo a última hora. Anthony quien en llevó a los mangales fue muy buen guía. Da mucho más que el 100% conoce mucho de Cartagena y es muy amable. pongo regular por qué el fui que me llevó al volcán fue realmente decepcionante, no supo explicar bien lo que sucede arriba en el volcán, no nos acompañó a la cima, solo dije “suban” ni tampoco explicó la historia el origen I detalle respecto al volcán. Ese segundo guía me pareció mediocre. Si hubiera sido Anthony en todo el tour, hubiera sido “excelente”
