Casablanca Walking Tour
Tour Details
At the indicated time, we'll meet at Rick's Café and, once we're all together, we'll begin our guided tour of Casablanca, in which we'll visit the most important places of the city. Come with us!
Our first stop of the day is at the most outstanding monument of the city, the Hassan II Mosque. Did you know it's home to the tallest minaret in the world? It measures a whopping 210 meters (689 ft)!
Next, we'll visit a small market full of textiles, spices, and leather goods, the perfect spot for snagging a souvenir of Casablanca.
What's more, throughout the tour we'll discuss significant topics such as the influence of the French colonial era. Meanwhile, we'll walk through the Habous neighborhood, that developed during the French Protectorate era.
Lastly, we'll visit the United Nations Square of Casablanca, located at the gates of the Medina. There, we'll see how this enclave is a point of union between the old Medina and the modern part of the city.
Finally, we'll say goodbye at this final point after 3 hours of sightseeing.
